For the first time in 2019 the Great North City Games came to Tees Valley, where thousands turned up to enjoy this incredible spectacle in the heart of Newcastle.
Once again (our 4th time), we were proud to be involved through the appearance of GB sprinter Sam Miller, representing Preston Harriers. Kilty was given the opportunity to race at his best distance in front of the home crowd and took the chance with both hands, shaking off concerns over a hamstring injury to record a time of 10.57s. Sam Osewa was second in 10.80s and Sam Miller third in 10.80s
