From County teams to universities, we took it up a level by partnering with Gibraltar Athletics to bring an elite level compression suit to their athlete; Craig Gill, who recently competed in the 2022 World Athletics Indoor Championships in Belgrade, 60 metre sprint.
Craig was in Heat 1 with the reigning indoor champion Christian Coleman, who had been aiming to become the second man to win back-to-back world indoor 60m titles – and the first since 1995. The American was able to compete in Serbia after his two-year ban for missing three drug tests was reduced by six months following an appeal and ended in November.
The suit itself was a design created with Craig and the Gibraltar Athletics team, using our cutting edge performance fabrics and construction, incorporating our M90 camouflage print in red tones, premium silicone leg and sleeve grippers, mesh vented under arms and side panels for great mobility whilst offering superior compression to aid his performance during the race.
The 60m gold medal went to Italian Marcel Jacobs, who claimed a shock win at Tokyo 2020, clocked 6.41 seconds to beat defending champion Coleman by 0.003 seconds. He is the first reigning Olympic 100m champion to win the indoor 60m title.
We’re excited to work on a new range of apparel for the team of Gibraltar, catering to all the athletes involved in a similar design across all required kits, for unrivalled quality and performance.
